How you collect a stamp
Join once, collect each visit, redeem with staff. How the stamp gets onto your card depends on the counter - a member of staff scans your card, or you scan a code yourself.

Scan the Join QR - in the window or on the counter stand. About 15 seconds, no app store, no password - the business appears on your Coco Card.
Collect a stamp each visit
Show your card for a member of staff to scan, scan the Live Till QR on the till screen while you pay, or - where the business has one - scan the Counter QR by the counter with your own phone. Nothing to type. The shop may check you're at the counter, so allow location if you're asked, and you get one stamp a day unless the team allows another.
Redeem with staff
When a reward is ready, tap Redeem on your phone and show the team the confirmation screen - or hand them your phone if the shop asks its staff to confirm. You never redeem by accident, so nobody can spend your reward but you.
See a Coco Card QR at the counter? Scan it to collect your visit - nothing to type, and nothing for the team to do. It works once a day at each place, and when a reward is ready you can redeem it on your own phone and show the team the confirmation.
